When a man walks into my store, my goal is simple: help him and move on.
He pulls out a watch that needs to be repaired, but then he just...leaves.
A whole year goes by — a year where my heart shatters and breaks and starts to scar.
Then he shows up again, but he's not just a man.
He's a vampire.
The Vampire's Pocket Watch is a standalone short story originally published in This Time Next Year: A Charity Anthology.
Genre: Paranormal Romance
