An ancient book has been discovered beneath an abandoned cathedral. Employed to open a gateway that allows the once-extinct species of demons to cross over, a possessed army of men known as the Goriasa now trample across the land. Similarly enslaving those with skill or purpose and killing the rest, their singular goal is to sway as many souls as possible to their cause. Their mission is to attain the power necessary to release their god, the vengeful Lucifer, from confinement spanning thousands of years.

Confused and badly injured, a soldier named Banouin, who is momentarily free of his captor, escapes from the control of the Goriasa. Struggling to reconnect with who he was before his soul was taken over by a punishing demon named Jace, he encounters an unassuming woman, named Eriatha. Directed by angelic guidance, Eriatha provides respite so he can acquire the tools needed to forge a different path forward. However, his stone heart is filled with an impenetrable doubt and despair. Somehow, he must regain control over his life and find the strength to answer a call greater than himself.

Satanic evil has brought unimaginable darkness into the world. Overrun, human existence is threatened with extinction. The holy war spanning thousands of years is now closing in on the gates of Heaven, as Lucifer remains intent on stealing the throne of Yahweh. No one is safe and everyone must fight for survival as the timeline of humanity looks to be coming to an end.
