It isn't long before Syala discovers that Carlos Angel, the enigmatic owner of the facility has many dangerous new friends. When Syala pursues her own investigation, she uncovers a plot that threatens not just her life and those of the Black Widows, but one that could end the Confederacy once and for all. Violence is inevitable, and Syala will have to fight harder than ever to prove she has what it takes to be a Black Widow.
