When Outlaws Quincy and Harmony have a chance to steal a hundred million dollars in used bills, they plan the heist down to the last detail. Their alibi will be that they are taking part in the Rubber Ball Rally, a race across the country from city to shining city.
The race sees Quincy encountering some familiar faces. And he must tackle enemies old and new -- piratical and dastardly. Things quickly descend into chaos because in this race there is only one rule: There are no rules!
Then there’s the armoured car heist. Harmony has inside information, but can it be trusted? And can she be trusted not to disappear with the cash leaving Quincy holding the bag? Things don’t go quite to plan and Quincy has to salvage the situation. Will he and robot partner Floyd ever get the money they need to get off this backwater planet? Only if they can outwit the weird, the wacky, and the wonderful.
