It covers the just the basics for water, food, shelter, security, and knowledge. This is not a book of lists. Mostly this guide is just that, a guide to get you started and to get you thinking and started down the correct path. Knowing that we all live in different areas and different life styles it touches on many different things that might or might not be applicable in your exact set of circumstances. It is written to be as easy to read as possible for everyone. I tried to pack as much useful information as possible into these 80 pages.
