This story takes place in two widely separated rural areas in the United States. When there is a complete collapse of the American Dollar and the resulting collapse of the US economy this story shows how members of one family cope with what happens in their areas of the once great United States.
This early story was published under the pen name of Jack Forester. I have gone through this story and found many of the errors and corrected them (no I’m sure I did not find them all!). I have re-written sections and added additional material as I have gone through this early work of mine.
As always in my stories there is no foul language or explicit sex though there is some violence.
