Shadow of Oblivion

For decades, tensions have risen between the resurgent Terran Republic, formed from the ashes of a century-long conflict, and the Belters, colonists who left Earth at the height of the fighting to build new worlds among the stars, looking back at their homeworld with jealous, acquisitive eyes.
