Sydney Tate

Sydney Tate has lived in North Carolina her entire life, but has lived in both the mountains and near the ocean. She has been a special education teacher for 27 years, a job she has always been passionate about.

Sydney lives with her son, 3 cats, and a very large dog. In her free time, Sydney enjoys working in the yard, hiking, camping, kayaking, easy mountain biking, playing card and board games, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys watching football and hockey. Her favorite movie is Beaches, favorite TV show is M*A*S*H and favorite book series is Lord of the Rings. Some of her other favorite authors are Terry Brooks, Sue Grafton, and Rita Mae Brown.
