Jericho loved the Seraphim. He just didn’t care for their rank obsessed society.
That’s why he dreaded visiting Whitespire, a Seraphim city so obsessed with rankings they literally separated Seraphim into different strata based on their ranks. While the low ranked lived on the bottom and lined up for bread, the high ranked lived like royalty at the top.
But if he wanted to maintain a good relationship with the Seraphim, he had no choice but to visit the city. Fortunately, his rank zero Seraph familiar Theia was more than happy to be his guide and keep him out of trouble.
