After the death of her mother, Samantha led an isolated life, living in the small town of Goffstown, New Hampshire, with her father. Sam, a neurodivergent young woman, enrolls as a senior at the local high school to earn the accreditation she needs to pursue higher education. In this setting, she becomes more aware of interactions between males and females and realizes that her life experiences are incomplete. However, Samantha has no idea what makes boys desire girls.

Samantha’s journey of self-discovery leads her to chase extreme measures to understand what it means to be a woman. The results prove life-altering for Samantha and those connected to her.
