In Falling for the Mark, Chardonnay goes undercover to take down a big time drug dealer, Major Hendrix. Major isn’t a man that trust easily or do well with forgiveness once he’s been crossed. Knowing all that, Chardonnay is still all in, doing whatever it takes to get in his head in order to get him to fall for her. What she never expects while playing her game of deception is to fall in love with the man who is only supposed to be the mark, her job.

Chardonnay finds herself working overtime to gain his trust, giving a new meaning to, in too deep. She slowly starts blurring the lines between right, wrong, love and her job. Wrong feels right and now right feels wrong. Will Chardonnay ignore the rhythm her heart beats for Major while bringing him and his whole territory down? Or will she walk away from the oath she’d taken to serve and protect the community from guys such as Major?

Chardonnay’s best friend, Karissa, is playing a dangerous game of her own by still sleeping with her longtime boyfriend, Larry’s, enemy. With time not on her side, Karissa must quickly figure out where her loyalty lies. Even though she and Dylan Hendrix are about to marry other people, neither can pretend that their connection doesn’t make them question where they want to be.

With plots to kill, secrets, lies, and love, Karissa finds herself with her own back against the wall, and the only guarantee she has is that only one man can live. Does she stand by the man who wants to marry her or the one who belongs to another woman?
