Summer is here, and class is out at the DCA. Most students are sent home for some rest and relaxation, but Jake and Brie are chosen to take their dragons to West Germany and experience life on the front line of the iron curtain with a NATO Dragon Corps unit.
Disaster strikes for Jake and Brie when they get stranded deep into Soviet territory and they will have to battle against the elements while evading communist patrols. If they are captured, they’ll be sent to a POW camp and their dragons taken by the enemy. The Americans can’t send forces across the border without sparking a war, so they have to get home on their own.
Getting back to Allied territory alive will take all their survival training and combat prowess, as well as courage in the face of impossible odds. America is counting on them.
