For as long as I can remember, mythologies have called to me. While some kids were reading comic books, my nose was buried in dusty tomes from around the world, and I was fascinated by stories and tales of all cultures.
But, for some reason, the Celtic myths spoke to me the most.
Which was how I found myself on a multi-week vacation in the UK. The plan was to visit as many historical sites as I could, and things were going well for the first week…
Until I got sucked into a faerie ring and told I had to compete in a number of death-games to satisfy their Tithe to the Great Mother Earth.
Now, I’ll have to use my wits to survive, not only the Tithe, but the Realm of Faerie as a whole.
