A PROGRESSION / DRAGON FANTASY ADVENTURE SERIES.
People like Milo Black were never supposed to be chosen by a dragon.
At fifteen, Milo leaves the orphanage with very little to his name. As a Tier Four candidate, his main concern is finding work and somewhere to sleep. Yet his visit to the Dragon Hatchery changes everything.
From a long-forgotten egg hatches Dracon – a tiny black dragon who doesn’t appear to fit anything known about his species. Never shy about giving his opinion, Dracon’s insistence that he is Blessed causes confusion enough. Even more so when he claims Milo is the same.
Milo soon finds himself thrust into life at the Dragon Academy. Forced to take on a mountain of debt he could never hope to repay, he quickly discovers that his new life isn’t everything he imagined it would be.
Their bond is different. Milo’s magic doesn’t work as it should. And while unlikely friendships begin to form, enemies are never more than a few steps away.
Being different makes Milo and Dracon stand out.
And it isn’t long before they start attracting attention – not all of it human.
UK English.
Genre: Fantasy
