This is Cynthia Wilde's first story, and for a novice writer it is an exceptional beginning to what will surely be a successful career. Erotica is perhaps one of the most difficult genres to write about as personal tastes vary to such a large extent. What appeals to one person may offend another, and writing a story that is satisfying while being truly couple-friendly is an art in itself. Cynthia manages to achieve her aim of providing a realistic story with strong erotic content that will appeal equally to women, men and couples of all ages, in a very involving manner that makes it difficult to leave the story before you reach the conclusion.
Unlike so many other erotic works which focus almost exclusively on the intimate activities, she provides sufficient background to allow you to get to know her characters, and feel you understand and empathize with them. Her lead characters are Dean and Katie, an average middle-aged couple who come to realize that sexually they have slipped into a comfortable but unsatisfactory pattern. With adult children who have moved away from home they make the decision to rekindle the passion in their sex-lives, and the story moves seamlessly through their efforts to enhance their love for each other.

After my first read-through I forwarded this story to a like-minded couple who breathlessly told me it took them almost a week to finish it, and they are very keen to read more from this talented lady!
