Voran the Night Guardian

Nick Steel is a voran, a monster hunter, who can still see the humanity that was there before the curse. With a pet clan of vampires and his own incredible powers, the man hunts the night preventing an epidemic of monsters. While werewolves and vampires remain just stories for books and movies, Nick and his clan work hard to keep their lives a secret from the rest of the world. Most of these creatures maintain their secrecy, but occasionally one gets the hunger for power. When the night and humanity are threatened, it is a voran that must fight to keep the balance and the secrets that would destroy the world of man. When a girl is kidnapped, Nick decides to use his talents to find her. As the investigation continues, the voran finds out that her captors are a pack of werewolves living on the outskirts of Chicago. With the aide of his allies to back him up, Nick must figure out a way to save her even as a new clan of vampires enters Chicago threatening to expose them all as their leader begins recruiting with careless abandon and begins expanding his territory to take over the city. Threatening both the werewolves and Nick's clan of vampires, will a war break out before Nick has time to save the girl?
