She is liked by everyone working at the ranch, but doesn't realize how respected she is until Parker and his kids show up and tilt her world. Things get interesting as Parker was not searching for a relationship, but his kids adoring Candace might have him changing his mind before he knows what hit him.
Candace’s secretive past has given her troubles over the years and it has been difficult to shake her past. Because of this, she never thought to overstretch past her current situation, simply thinking that a family would never be in the cards for her. But Parker's two kids are winning her heart and she is loving the attention they give as well as Parker’s attraction to her.
Can one "run-in" between these characters spark something life-changing? Or is the vacation he had planned just one big step toward an even larger adventure?
