One lonely Daddy. One adorable little. Who will rescue who?

Coaching the Paddle Creek Panthers has been the highlight of my career. Coming to this small college town gave me a fresh start, a place to be out and proud in a way I never could before. I didn’t expect my presence to draw more and more LGBT kids here, and I know I’m building a legacy far beyond football.
So why does it feel impossible to ask for the kind of love I want the most? I’m careful to never Daddy the guys on the team, and being their father figure is everything to me. But the only thing on my Christmas wish list this year is a little of my own to share the holidays with…and maybe more.
When my assistant coach surprises me with an invite to a festive age play party, I realize this small town has a big kink scene if you know where to look. But it’s not long before the only thing that has my attention is little Leaf, the colorful, beautiful artist who knows exactly what he wants. His joy gives me the confidence to be the Daddy I’ve always known was inside me.
Why does he think he’s unworthy of more than one night together? Perhaps it’s the same reason I’m convinced nobody will want me as their Daddy. All I know is I’m ready to fight for just a chance to be with him as hard as I do for the state championships. Santa? I don’t need presents under the tree this year. I need my baby boy under the mistletoe. I promise I’ve been a very good Daddy.
Is that too much to ask?
