A Story by Nikki Wilton
A new paradise. Another adventure… A mystery they never saw coming
After a tumultuous week in Sri Lanka, meeting Aaron’s family for the first time, Lea thought the next stop on their around-the-world journey would be spent lazing on the exotic beaches in Thailand.
But when Aaron lands a dream job offer in South Africa, their plans take a sharp turn toward the vibrant coastal city of Durban.
Settling into a luxurious resort, everything feels like paradise: the sun-drenched beaches, the stunning sunsets, and the promise of a new adventure. But just days after arriving, their dream begins to unravel. The job Aaron was promised? Gone. But Why?
As panic sets in and their finances dwindle, Lea refuses to let them sink. She lands a last-minute job at the resort, determined to hold things together while Aaron searches for answers and a new job. But the deeper they dig, the stranger things become.
