Patrice created the perfect couple, both medical professionals, who were deeply in love, but then into the picture came Michael's wealthy family two nights before the lovely wedding they had planned by the sea in beautiful Paradise Cove. And what a family they were.
The worst of the bunch was John, the father, who insulted Harley in front of her family and friends at what was supposed to be happy hour and this resulted in his wife Marjorie, Michael's mom, leaving him. As if that wasn't enough, John, who stayed behind, had the perfect plan to foil the wedding. And Harley had been worried that her family would cause the embarrassment! After John drops his humiliating wedding ceremony bombshell - well, I'll leave the rest for you to discover. I highly recommend Wedding Blues to anyone who loves romance, especially more romance in beautiful Paradise Cove!"
