Alien invaders. Strange dangerous creatures. Hostile primitive tribes. Rondell had a lot to deal with, but when the lava erupted from the floor it was time to panic.

Rondell knew living in the modernized cave would not last forever, but he thought he would have time to find suitable alternatives. However, with the lava flow expanding and the threat of a full eruption, a timetable for their evacuation was put into place.

They had one alternative, a smaller cave an hour away. The problem is the cave is already occupied by primitives. He did not want to evict them from their home, but he had few options and limited time. Rondell sends a small envoy to the mountain the cave is in to negotiate and joint venture. The natives have no interest and attack the team.

With the floor of their own cave system rumbling daily, drastic measures must be implemented. This time Rondell sends a larger force out with less negotiating in mind. However, when the aliens attack both factions are forced to work together to survive. As time ticks away on their future, Rondell implements a dangerous and desperate plan, but will it be in time to save the two thousand people trapped back in their base?
