Weatherman
When Darwin Merriweather, code name, Weatherman, hears about the deadly virus sweeping the country killing millions, he sets about protecting his mountainside home. If the madness has reached the town below, it won’t be long before scavengers climb the mountain. He plans on being ready.
However, his work is interrupted when he receives a desperate radio call from two members of the special forces unit he once led. Pinned down, wounded, and with ammunition running out, the two men don’t have long to live. With his friend's lives at stake, Weatherman leaves the safety of his cabin.
With time running out, Weatherman must call on all the dormant skills that once made him a feared and unstoppable killing force. But even his skills and determination might not be enough to save his friends.
Blood Rose
Living a calm and relaxing life in a cabin in rural Georgia, Rose McCullum finds herself in a new war. For whatever reason she is unaffected by the virus but something strange is going on in Georgia. The entire state is shut down and the borders guarded against outsiders. A party of military personnel arrives to pick her up for reinstatement in the new Georgia militia. Forced to comply, Rose manages to get off a message to Weatherman, a former special forces operative, but if he comes at all it is too late for her.
Pressed into the militia she is assigned to an army base where she is under guard. Unsure of what is going on, Rose makes plans to escape, but others think her a spy. But for who? Unable to determine what the sides are in the mysterious conflict she realizes something isn’t right in the state of Georgia. If the pandemic was a surprise attack or even an accident, how is it that an entire state was prepared in advance?
With her life on the line and time running out, Rose decides she cannot wait for Weatherman to rescue her. It’s time to break out now knowing her death is coming soon.
Money
Paul Vanderbilt, code sign, Money, has discovered a secret that will get him killed. Armed with the knowledge the government is covering up the pandemic that has killed millions, Money takes to the road to both escape the kill teams dispatched to hunt him and to connect with his old special forces team.
Worried that Money will spread the word and ruin the plans of those responsible for the government takeover, the new militia joins in the hunt. When Money meets up with Weatherman and Blood Rose, two members of his old team, they devise a plan to take the new regime down, but what can three people do against an entire army?
With armed forces closing in, they go in search of other former unit members in hopes of spreading the word about the conspiracy, but will their efforts be enough? Trapped, under-manned, and outgunned, the group must fight to survive.
