Arica's Inferno

(2016)
A novel by

Arica awoke to find hundreds of people jostling, pushing her toward a dimly lit river. The dock looked rickety as hell until she noticed the condition of the pathetic boat. The ferryman was a frightening figure. He wore a cloak that was positively filthy. The dirt was probably the only thing holding the threadbare garment together. He had a taxi medallion featuring his picture and writing she couldn't read. As she stared, the word transformed to spell 'Charon.' Something was seriously wrong here! Charon was the ferryman for the dead, transporting damned souls into Hell.

"OH F..."

Somehow, she'd been transported to Hell. If that wasn't bad enough, burned into her palm was the mark of the devil. The ghastly guardians of the pit wanted to know why, and they weren't above torture to find out. Just as she's reliving her worst nightmare a most unexpected knight in tarnished armor, with wings as black as night, comes to the rescue - Lucifer.

Follow Arica and the misunderstood fallen angel on their journey to thwart Satan's plans to destroy all of creation; where in the end even the damned deserve to find love.
