Well… not the actual Devil, but something close enough: Count Valen Ashmoor.
In the novel I read years ago, Valen was a political monster.
A noble with a large private army. A reputation made in manipulation. And so many enemies that it would be easier to count his allies.

Worse? All six of my fiancées want me dead. Romantic, right?
To survive, I’ll need to navigate court politics, dodge assassins, and somehow figure out the plot to this unfinished story.
