A brand new Western adventure from Stuart G. Yates!

When young Maria Paez comes across a dead man, murdered by an arrow in his head, it is the beginning of a web of deceit and lies that engulfs Maria's family. Her father is a rich landowner and people are jealous of his success. Another ranch owner by the name of Barton tries to pressurize Paez in signing over his land. Paez resists and is murdered and Maria is kidnapped because the murdered man had something in his possession that was worth a small fortune and Barton wants it. He feels sure Maria has it, but she doesn't. As the mystery deepens, more murders result until Charlie, joining forces with his new partner, Hahmood, strives to bring everything to a close. Unfortunately, for them all, there will be a great deal more blood-letting until the end.
