Hannah Meets Ruby

Hannah Stewart has been longing to make a friend ever since she and her parents moved to Kansas. She has a pen pal now, and a kindly neighbor comes over to teach Hannah and her mother how to bake and sew, but it's not the same as having someone to play with. She finally has a chance to meet Ruby, the mysterious red-haired girl she's seen in the woods, but will Ruby want to be friends with someone so different from her?
