A Modern Warrior versus Ancient Evil

When retired Space Force SEALS Captain Roy Crane hires on with eccentric trillionaire Ezekiel Eldridge (‘Double E’), he finds himself on a whirlwind tour of the world’s most ancient and mysterious ruins, places where violent fiery cataclysms once laid waste to cities and even entire civilizations. Double E, in possession of medieval Knights Templar documents that show recurrent and predicted Emergences over thousands of years, urgently needs to discover whether these disasters were caused by natural phenomena or by something more deadly and even intentional. And most importantly, how to stop them. Because others are predicted soon.

Guided by a recently-discovered trove of parchments first found by Benjamin Franklin in Paris, France, during the American Revolution, Double E and Crane uncover the hidden history of the United States of America, including the real reasons for the location and unique architecture of the District of Columbia. Franklin had first analyzed the effects of past Emergences and possible ways to counteract them, information vital to the present day, because the documents predict a final Emergence soon to occur within Washington, D.C., itself.

With murderous opposition from a group of Others who devoutly await what they believe to be an Emergence of Elder Gods, Captain Crane and his small team prepare for whatever will arise from deep within the Earth, whether geological or demoniacal.

With time running out, the fate of the USA and of the whole world is at stake—the Templar documents predict this one will be the final and most catastrophic Emergence.
