Ice cream shop manager and amateur sleuth, Yvette Lockhart has volunteered to leave her quaint hometown of Heritage, Massachusetts, to help out at another Sundae Afternoon location, in Connecticut. Her boss is looking to her to turn the struggling shop around, but Yvette discovers that there seems to be something more going on than just having a lackluster store manager.
In the midst of trying to solve problems at the shop, Yvette is confronted with a gruesome set of circumstances which culminate in her being suspected of murder.
