This book was a completely unexpected enjoyable story. The relationship between Jason and Katherine is wonderful. It developed well and realisticly. There was definite distiction in character traits with each character. One problem I had was when they pretended they'd wed and one of the ranch hands questioned them and then it wasn't dealt with again. It also bothered me that Flint turned out to be a decent guy. I would've liked him to stay a complete jerk but I still nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed this story. Although Jason was terribly underplayed.
