From Saxon Andrew comes a story about surviving the aftermath of nuclear war. Humanity walked a line for more than a century believing that no one in their right mind would ever start a nuclear war; assured mutual destruction were the words of the day. There were enough nuclear weapons on Earth to kill everyone on the planet and the peace between opposing nations had not been broken for more than a hundred years. It was an uneasy peace but peace none the less; why attack your enemy if you were killed in the process?

When it all went down, everyone on Earth were stunned and shocked at how fast it happened. One moment, everything was normal and the next moment every missile on Earth was in the air headed toward their targets. Before they hit, no one could figure out who fired the first missile. An hour later, no one cared; nine billion humans died in nuclear blasts and the survivors were facing the real possibility of the extinction of humanity.

A thousand years later, a young girl is born into the nightmare Earth has become where humanity is barely hanging on by a thread. She discovers her destiny is to complete the destruction of the planet and to eradicate mankind. But to do that, she is going to have to survive the hellish landscape Earth has become. Her chances of survival are no better than the rest of humanity.

This story keeps coming at you and doesn't let up. The twists and turns will have your head spinning wondering what could possibly happen next. Settle in and enter a world full of creatures from your worst nightmares.

They finally entered a wide flat route through the mountains, and they arrived outside the ruins of a large city. The girl stared at the ruins and shook her head, ‘What happened here?’
The woman blew out a breath as she answered, ‘This city was named Denver, and it was destroyed during the Fall.’
‘The what?’
The woman shook her head, ‘Humanity destroyed all the major cities and most of the animal and human populations on Earth with things called nuclear bombs.’ The girl stared at her mother as she added, ‘A nuclear bomb causes a huge explosion that kills everything around it for forty miles. These ruins are the result of one of them hitting here long ago.’
‘Are we going to go into those ruins to look around?''
The woman shook her head and said emphatically, ‘NO! Your father told me there are walking nightmares in the ruins of the ancient cities and I have no desire to meet any of them!’
K smiled, ‘I’d like to have a go at some of them.’
'''And they would like to have a go at you as well; we’re going to drive around the ruins!’
