Story:
Mairead opens a craft shop near a loch in a quaint little village in the Scottish Highlands. Leaving behind her corporate career in Edinburgh, Mairead plans to make a fresh start. Experienced in various crafts including embroidery, knitting, crochet, quilting, and flower pressing, Mairead makes friends with the local crafting bee ladies, and is invited by Gaven the laird of the magnificent castle to take part in the castle’s craft workshops.
Having split up with her businessman boyfriend, Mairead doesn’t want to date a businessman again. So when she meets Ruari, a local rich and handsome businessman, she’s reluctant to get involved. But they soon find themselves in a friends with potential to become lovers situation. And there’s plenty of romance for other couples in the village.
A special ballroom dance weekend is being held in the castle, and Ian, a popular professional dancer agrees to instruct the dance lessons, accompanied by his girlfriend Rose. Local couples are invited to attend the Saturday night dance party at the castle, and everyone in the village is looking forward to this, including Mairead and Ruari.
