All's Fairy in Love and War

The grand re-opening of the Fairy Tail Salon is going to be epic and I can’t wait to throw back some cheap wine and celebrate my best friend’s accomplishments. All that changes though when the local mean girls crash the party. As if that wasn’t bad enough, their self-proclaimed queen bee is looking to make a fool out of Casper.
After she’s shown the door, the party is back in full swing … until she is found very dead in the alleyway with a pair of shears sticking out of her back.
Casper becomes the prime suspect and the chips slowly start stacking up against him. Just as I’m starting to make some real headway, Bluethistle pulls me off the case. As if that’ll stop me. I’ll do anything to clear my best friend’s name, even if that means putting my job on the line.
All I have to do is keep my ex, Woody, out of my hair, deal with my old high school bullies, and hide from my boss. Once that’s done, I’ll deal with these gross warm and fuzzy feelings that I’m starting to get for Ridge Sunstone.

I’m probably going to need more wine.
