A Caverns & Creatures Standalone Story
When Tim talks the party into taking a ‘shortcut’ through the desert, things go exactly as intelligently as expected.
Lost, dehydrated, and rapidly running out of alcohol, the gang stumbles across an oasis that turns out to belong to a homicidal sphinx with a passion for riddles and an extremely low tolerance for bullshit.
Unfortunately for everyone involved, bullshit is the party’s primary skill set.
Now trapped in a deadly ‘Riddle Off’ where every wrong answer could mean a gruesome death, Tim, Julian, Dave, Cooper, and their increasingly horrified guide must somehow outwit a magical predator using nothing but half-remembered kindergarten riddles, drunken logic, insults about Dave’s mom, and whatever the hell Cooper thinks he’s doing.
