An eerie, and macabre tale...

Abby Fisher arrived at Pennack station on an October afternoon in 1910. She had been employed as a governess for seven year old Edward, but soon realises her mistake in coming to Trelawney House.

She hears unexplained footsteps during the night, and the lingering notes of a lullaby. Edward tells her that it was his mother playing the piano. Even though Emma Beresford has been dead for two years.

Doryty Tredwen says that the old curse on the house was kept alive by superstition, and the fear of witchcraft. However, the trouble really began when a young man became obsessed with Briallen Jenken, and this lasted a lifetime.

Whilst the villagers fear the isolation and darker side of Bodmin Moor, believing it to be one of those places where a soul might easily be lost, and no one is certain whether the house was built on it.

When Abby begins to wonder if Emma Beresford isn't the only spirit haunting Trelawney House, will Jori Tredwen's love be enough to save Edward, and her from the evil inside it?
