Joe Higgins can't resist the coffee at the Sip 'N Stir coffee shop and stops there every morning before heading to his job as project manager for several construction sites around the city. Another reason he loves to visit is Sara. Sara is a great listener and contemporary of his generation, which for the hipster coffee shop with its younger employees with whom he feels out of touch, is a good thing. When he walks in one day and discovers Sara's gone, he realizes he's lost his chance to tell her how he feels. The coffee just isn't the same without her, and he decides to track her down. But will she feel the same about him when they finally meet again?
