C. S. Churton was born and raised in Essex, England, where she still lives, surrounded by an ever-growing collection of four-legged creatures (to the deep disgust of relatives who feel she should add a *two* legged creature to her family!)As a child,

she grew up with her nose constantly in a book, transporting her to far away worlds of magic, mystery, and adventure. As an adult, she strives to create that same sense of escapism and freedom for others, and has found a whole new realm of enjoyment through writing.
