His lips were a hungry fire against the wild thump of my heart. We were very young and he was the son of my father’s housekeeper, but we didn’t care.
We knew without a doubt that we’d found our other half. No one could ever split us. What we had was forever. In my dreams I already encountered the grandchildren we would have.
