Michael Halliday (who has a number of non de plumes) has written about Hugh Buckingham with a dual identity: known as Hugh Buckingham which he almost loses when he's shoved against a bus, and that of a ""cad,"" Neil Powell, husband of Grace, lover of Doreen, menace to his own children. Dr. Emmanuel Cellini who seeks out ""genetic evil"" helps the Yard and you'll leave Manny ""laughing with a great joy"" in the last line. It will be his last laugh.
