Sidetrip to Sand Springs

When Charley Bookbinder rode into Sand Springs, all he wanted was a thick steak, cold beer and a hot poker game. As the time, that didn't sound like much.What he got was a crooked poker game with five of the town's leading citizens; a twelve-foot monster with one eye; three half-breed kids; a rundown ranch with surly wranglers; and a spinster woman who keeps five thousand beeves for pets and likes to take potshots at men with her Kentucky Long Rifle.To top it all off, he learns he's accused of a murder he didn't commit and a necktie party is on the hunt for him.
