It's September of 1934. Dora is sailing back from the Caribbean on the Morro Castle when she receives a second missive signed Doom. The saboteur warns her to abandon ship. It is too late. A fire breaks out. The conflagration that starts for Dora in the Caribbean spreads until her whole life goes up in flames. For the peace upon which it was founded --- the Treaty of Versailles that ended the Great War in 1919 --- was no peace at all. The Arabs embrace the Nazi cause. The coming conflagration ends in a Holocaust.
