The Boo

The author's first book and a tribute to Lt. Col Thomas Nugent Courvoisie, who demonstrated an innate sense of mercy and laughter in a dark land during Conroy's cadet days at The Citadel; "The Boo" is "The Lords of Discipline" in embryo and the author says he learned far more about The Citadel while writing "The Boo" than during his four years as a cadet.
