This book was originally released in 2005, then reworked and re-released with Cerridwen Press on December 10, 2009 as BETTING WITH LUCIFER. Both of these editions are now out of print.
This current edition has been extended, with additional wordage plus special features at the front and back of the story, including an explanation of how this special edition came into being: It is the "Author's Edition."
