Bilbury Country is the fourth book in The Young Country Doctor series by Dr Vernon Coleman. The books are all set in the village of Bilbury in the English county of Devon. It's the 1970s and the village is old-fashioned and, in many ways, cut off from the world. Bilbury Country includes the usual cast of villagers - as well as the doctor and his wife.
