When Heaven falls in love with Hamid, a Pakistani medical student, despite their cultural and religious differences, she knows there will be problems, but she never guessed how many. Heavena s business is taking off, and she is reluctant to leave it; Hamid has sworn to go back to Pakistan and open a medical clinic.
