A Wedding at TIllingford Hall
(2027)(The fourth book in the Tillingford Hall series)
A novel by Flora Dunn
Everything’s changing at Tillingford Hall.
Mrs Powell the housekeeper has worked there for over fifty years so she should know.
She’s horrified when Guy Tillingford gives up his dream of having the first wedding at Tillingford Hall to allow A-list celebrities grime artist Tornado and his influencer girlfriend Tiana to holding the wedding of the century there instead.
Mrs P looks on in surprise as Charlie and Sebastian try all kinds of alternative therapies, from crystals to herbal steaming to overcome their fertility issues.
But at least she can admit some changes are good – the new handyman, Irish-Italian Gerry Santini, is a definite improvement on the last two. A widower, he works part time at Tillingford Hall so he can help look after his grandchildren. And his pet cockatoo Keegan is a charming, grape-obsessed scallywag.
Can Gerry and Keegan draw Mrs Powell out of her shell?
Can anyone persuade her to retire?
And does anyone know what happened to Mrs Powell’s husband, Dave, when he disappeared forty years ago?
Genre: Romance
