A novel by

In company with his wife Janet, Private Inquiry Agent John Chadwick was enjoying the scene from high up on a mountainside in Austria when, far below them and clearly visible through the crystal clear air, murder was enacted. Chadwick was too far distant to catch the killer, but nevertheless gave chase and came near enough to see the murderer drive off in a car carrying a G.B.plate. The trail takes him to England and back again to Austria, but there is trouble all the way.
