Rae DelBianco grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she wrote and raised livestock, founding a beef cattle operation at age fourteen. She attended Duke University as a Robertson Scholar and was later accepted to Curtis Brown's six-month novel writing course in London, where her work was chosen by internationally bestselling author Jeffrey Archer as runner-up in a 100 word story contest. She is an alumnus of literary magazine Tin House's Summer Workshop, as well as an Instagram influencer in literary fiction, and currently living outside New York City.
