(2017)
A Novella by

The bombing of a discount diamond-jewelry chain left bodies burned beyond recognition. For forensic artist Ranit El Alouf, it was her latest contract job, sketching faces and matching identities to the innocent caught in the blast. One of them may turn out to be the bomber - but there are people in the diamond business, as well as activists on the protest line, who don't want the killer unmasked. As Ranit draws closer to identifying the dead, both her work and her life are threatened. But she's determined to finish the assignment and collect her fee - the only way to free her imprisoned husband. She may succeed in saving her family... but at the risk of her own life.
