He wants early retirement from his position as leader on The Golden Eye Estate, and to top up his savings pot, he plans to rob their recently acquired casino. Correction, his men will, while he creates an alibi even the most suspicious person can’t dispute.
Karen used to work for Goldie at his tanning salon, but she has a new job now—as a mole at Jackpot Palace. She has an important role to play on the night of the heist, but recently, her conscience has been getting the better of her. The other mole, Teddy, has no idea that she has plans that could get her killed, and if he did, would he go running to Goldie or keep quiet?

Conscious he must finally deal with the death of his beloved mother so he can move on, he allows the recollections in rather than blocking them out, hoping it will help him grieve. But with news of an imminent heist, he’s raging and has only one thing on his mind: killing Goldie.
In the lead-up to the robbery, everyone is busy putting plans in place. Secrets, links to the past refugee case, and greed all play a part. One camp wants the heist to go off without a hitch, while the other wants as many bullets to wreak havoc as possible. George doesn’t suffer fools gladly.
