Apache Sundown

Rescuing an Indian boy from certain death, Clancy St. John leaves the army to raise him. The child, Soldado, grows to become the ruler of his people.

But when he discovers an Indian plot to kill his father, he will have to risk army reprisals, the anger of the Apache, and certain imprisonment to save the man who raised him, yet who he barely knew.
